When you get a tracking number

Your tracking number is emailed when the parcel actually leaves us, which is normally 24 to 48 hours after you order. We do not have a number before the courier collects it, so there is nothing to send you before then.

How long delivery takes

Five to seven days after that handling time, anywhere in the United States. So allow about a week in total.

If the tracking has not moved

Tracking often sits still for a day or two after collection and then jumps. If it has not moved for several days, email theteam@customersupport.care with your order number and we will chase the courier.

Two parcels, one order

Items in the same order can be sent separately and arrive on different days. If part of your order has arrived and you are not sure about the rest, ask us and we will check.

Nothing arrived at all

Tell us. Check with neighbours and look for a card first, then email us with the order number and we will take it from there.
