What you are buying
The same products as the retail range: artificial plants, trees, hedge panels and flowers, UV-resistant and waterproof and suitable for outdoor use. Nothing needs watering, light or feeding.
What we have not set yet
We do not publish a minimum order quantity, a price tier table, a standard lead time or trade account terms, because we would rather quote your order than hand you a table that does not fit it. Ask and we will tell you plainly what we can do.

Is there a minimum order?
There is no published minimum. Tell us the quantity you have in mind and we will tell you what we can do on it. There is no minimum to ask.
What do you need from me to quote?
The lines and rough quantities you are after, your delivery postcode, and whether it is a one off order or something you want to repeat. A business name and a phone number help but are not required.
How long does a quote take?
We answer trade enquiries by email. Send the quantity and the postcode and we will come back to you with a price.
What is the same as the retail range?
The products. Trade orders are the same artificial plants, trees, hedge panels and flowers we sell on the site, UV-resistant and waterproof and suitable for outdoor use.
Can I mix lines in one order?
Yes. Tell us the split you want across floor plants, table plants, wall plants and accessories and we will quote it as one order.
Do you supply retailers and resellers?
Yes. If you resell, tell us what your customers buy most and we will quote against that rather than against a standard pack.
Do I pay the same delivery as a retail order?
Retail delivery is $25.00 and free once an order reaches $100. Bulk deliveries are quoted with the order, because the freight depends on the volume and the postcode.
Do you have paperwork for my records?
Ask when you enquire and tell us what your own supplier checks require. We will tell you what we can provide and what we cannot.
Do the products carry a safety certification?
We do not claim one. Nothing we sell is described as meeting a particular standard, and we will not tell you that it does. If your project has to meet one, tell us before you order and we will refer the question rather than answer it ourselves.
How do I pay?
Retail orders take card through Stripe or PayPal. For a bulk order we will set the payment arrangement out in the quote.
